Money cannot be refunded in case of Paid Services to Offeror Users. Still, we may offer credit exceptionally and at our discretion for unused money and priorly paid money against future Paid Services. In particular (without limitation)

• – The right to make modifications or changes in any profile or advertisement is exclusively reserved to us. We may intervene through the site, redesign, refocus, or change its function without any prior notice. We may also limit or terminate a User’s accessibility due to maintenance, technicality, or any other reasons, without prior notification. No  Offeror User can claim any kind of compensation or refund in case of such unavailability, modifications, or changes.
• – In case of receiving any request from a financial institute or a platform to our payment provider regarding any refund, we reserve the right to block that Offeror User’s profile until we receive a confirmation from our payment provider that all the issues have been solved to the satisfaction of the payment provider or the financial institution.

Refunds: This policy states that any kind of payment a User makes for a Service on our site is generally non-refundable. It means that the payments made for Services on this site do not include refunds and you may not be entitled to one. 
Exceptional Credit: Our Policy does offer some exceptions, the site or its authorities may provide additional credit at their discretion. It is to be noted that this is an exceptional case and not an automated right but a discretion measure. This credit can be used for future Paid Services.
Site Changes and Maintenance: We reserve the sole right to make any changes or alterations to the website that may include design, focus, or functional content without prior notice. It may also limit the User’s access to the site due to maintenance or technical reasons. In cases like these, the Users are not entitled to any compensation or refund of any kind based on the changes, alterations, or temporary unavailability. 
User Policy and Blocking: If a refund request is received from a financial institution or platform to the company’s payment provider, the company reserves the right to block the User’s profile. Any unblocking will be at the discretion of the company.

Acceptable Use Policy

By creating a profile or an advertisement, the User agrees not to use the site in an improper way or in a which violates any applicable law, rules, ethical guidelines, and good conduct of the network services. Users particularly agree not to post content on the site that is libellous, offensive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, paedophile, vulgar, blasphemous, or in any way contrary to public morality, orders, and principles.
It is up to the Offeror Users to ensure that their advertisements’ content meets the relevant rules and regulations. It is their responsibility not to publish or advertise an unlawful service or post any information that is illegal in their jurisdiction.
Offeror Users ensure that they are the data subjects or that they have explicit informed consent and personal data of all people included in the advertisement placed by them and these materials will not be used in advertisements that contradict the copyright or violate the intellectual property rights of the third person without the permission from them.
Offeror Users should be aware that by providing their email address on an advertisement hosted by the site, the site has no control over any kind of materials that can be sent directly to the said email address, whether by a User or in reply to the advertisement.
